We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for an exciting new project at NEOM-Gulf of Aqaba. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience as a Senior Manager on large capital projects, with expertise in Engineering and Marina Project Management. They should possess knowledge of relevant codes and standards, along with a minimum of 20 years of hands-on experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills are essential for monitoring multiple projects simultaneously, balancing key priorities, and meeting challenging deadlines.

The successful candidate will have sound experience in managing multiple contractors during various project phases, such as Design/Build or Construction. Excellent communication skills for presentations and reporting are crucial, along with high resilience, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to foster a team culture of camaraderie, integrity, and trust among diverse teams is key. The Senior Project Manager must thrive under pressure and tight deadlines while ensuring the successful completion of the project within scope.
