We are currently seeking a Director of Engineering to join our team in the Philippines. As the Director of Engineering, you will play a key role in leading and overseeing Energy Management, Project Sourcing, as well as Control system and digital teams. Your responsibilities will include managing resources to meet operational needs, advocating for innovation and digital change, providing technical support for business development teams, and driving standardization of engineering tools and methods.
To excel in this role, candidates must have a Master's Degree in Thermal, Mechanical, Process Engineering or Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering along with at least 15 years of experience in executive leadership roles. A solid understanding of district cooling systems and onsite utilities is essential. Strong legal, contractual, financial knowledge coupled with excellent problem-solving skills are required. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of driving change management initiatives.
