Our ultimate aim is to reach millions of visitors each month within the next two years. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Communications & Partnerships Specialist with exceptional English communication skills and organizational abilities to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships and conducting video interviews with key figures in the food and hospitality industry, including celebrities, hospitality brands, culinary schools, universities, and influencers. Additionally, they will be tasked with promoting these interviews across various platforms such as social media channels, websites, and podcasts while also connecting with relevant groups on Reddit and other social media platforms.
Applicants must possess native English fluency along with outstanding grammar and communication skills. The role requires outreach capabilities to secure interviews and backlinks successfully. Proficiency in video editing and publishing is essential. Candidates should have a proven track record of pitching ideas effectively and nurturing relationships with industry media outlets. The ability to work between 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST is crucial as our target demographic is based in the US.
As part of this role, the successful candidate will be expected to secure at least 10 organic media mentions monthly after an initial period of adjustment. They will also need to complete and publish 2 to 4 interviews per week. Responsibilities include identifying relevant industry sites for brand mentions, developing outreach strategies for collaborations, maintaining partner relationships, creating content for external channels in collaboration with the content team, inviting industry leaders for interviews or podcast appearances, organizing interview logistics, distributing content on social media platforms, collecting feedback for future improvements, tracking performance metrics regularly while providing updates to team members.
