We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our Global Business Services team on a 12-month contract basis. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with Sonos’ GBS function, where you will play a crucial role in analyzing data to drive operational efficiency and business success.
As the Data Analyst for Sonos’ GBS function, you will be responsible for establishing a robust framework for data collection, analysis, and reporting. Your key responsibilities will include providing insights into key talent metrics, ensuring data integrity, collaborating cross-functionally, creating reports and dashboards, and developing self-service reporting tools. You will work closely with business leaders to interpret data trends and make informed decisions about operational processes.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, along with a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline. Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools is essential, as well as experience with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, and Tableau. Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities are also key requirements.
Preferred qualifications include proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, as well as experience working in a global organization.
