Clinical Project Manager

Green Life Science is a leading company in the field of life sciences, dedicated to innovation and collaboration to make a meaningful impact. We are currently seeking a motivated Clinical Project Manager (CPM) to join our team in Poland and take charge of overseeing clinical trials from inception to completion.

As a Clinical Project Manager at Green Life Science, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering clinical studies across various therapeutic areas. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Working closely with internal teams, sponsors, and vendors, you will lead all aspects of the clinical project lifecycle in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your leadership skills truly count.

Key responsibilities for this role include leading the planning and implementation of clinical studies from Phase I to III, acting as the main point of contact for sponsors, managing project timelines and budgets effectively, overseeing site selection activities in collaboration with CRAs, ensuring compliance with regulations and study protocols, managing study documentation meticulously, coordinating with vendors for deliverables, identifying risks proactively, and providing mentorship to project team members.

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or related fields, have at least 3-5 years of experience in clinical research with 2 years as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role. Previous CRO experience is preferred along with strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills in English and Polish are required along with proficiency in using project management tools.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in clinical research
