As a PMO/Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for financial management, MS project planning, and utilizing PMO experience to lead assigned projects. Your main objective will be to ensure the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This involves defining and tracking project milestones, developing integrated delivery plans with resource capacity analysis, and liaising with resource managers to ensure timely support within project schedules. Additionally, you will actively manage project risks using risk management strategies and create comprehensive project documentation to maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders including resource managers, supplier management groups, and business sponsors to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, and procedures. You will also be responsible for monitoring project financials, managing change requests effectively by assessing their impact on scope, schedule, and cost. Furthermore, you will play a key role in representing projects in governance forums and ensuring that all projects meet success parameters as outlined in the business case. By evaluating trade-offs between project size and complexity while partnering with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria for each project's delivery.
