As the PMO/Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for financial management, MS project planning, and ensuring the successful delivery of assigned projects on-time, within scope, and within budget. Your key duties will include defining and tracking project milestones, developing integrated delivery plans with resource capacity analysis, liaising with resource managers to ensure timely support, managing project risks through effective risk management strategies, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, reviewing timecards associated with projects, creating business case financial models, forecasting and reporting on project financials.

Additionally, you will be expected to manage change requests by assessing their impact on scope, schedule and cost; communicate effectively with key stakeholders; collaborate with supplier management groups as needed; ensure compliance with regulations and standards; continually update relevant stakeholders on project status; represent projects in various governance forums; evaluate trade-offs between project parameters such as size and complexity; partner with business sponsors to define success metrics; adhere to company's project methodology compliance standards; assist in mentoring others within the PMO.
