The Data Transformation Lead will play a critical role in ensuring enterprise data is ready, validated, and successfully migrated into a new global ERP landscape. This primarily remote contract position requires occasional travel and involves leading the end-to-end data migration plan in partnership with global and local data teams. The ideal candidate will act as the key connection between central data governance and local business stakeholders, coordinating data readiness, validation, and cutover activities across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities also include supporting testing and go-live phases from a data perspective to ensure smooth handover and minimal disruption. The Data Transformation Lead will identify data-related risks and collaborate with relevant teams to drive resolution while supporting ongoing data governance and post-go-live hypercare efforts. Successful candidates will have strong experience leading data transformation initiatives in large-scale ERP programs (ideally SAP S/4HANA) along with a background in managing complex data environments across multiple systems and stakeholders.
