Data Transformation Lead

Our client is in need of an experienced Data Transformation Lead to support the pilot phase of a major global SAP S/4HANA rollout. This critical role involves ensuring that enterprise data is prepared, validated, and successfully migrated into a new global ERP landscape. As a primarily remote contract/B2B position with occasional travel requirements, this opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in shaping the future of our client's digital infrastructure.

The Data Transformation Lead will be tasked with leading the end-to-end data migration plan in collaboration with global and local data teams. Acting as the primary liaison between central data governance and local business stakeholders, this individual will coordinate data readiness, validation, and cutover activities across multiple workstreams. Additionally, responsibilities include supporting testing and go-live phases from a data perspective to ensure a seamless transition and minimal disruption.
