Our company, a leading organization in Qatar's financial sector, is seeking a skilled Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team in Doha. As an Internal Auditor with us, you will play a crucial role in conducting internal audits and risk assessments, focusing on evaluating operational and business process controls to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
In this role, you will lead investigations related to fraud detection and prevention within business processes while also conducting Performance, Financial, and Compliance Audit projects. Utilizing your strong analytical skills, you will evaluate data to identify key risks and adapt quickly to changing work environments. Working collaboratively with consultants and external auditors, you will ensure that all planned audits align with management objectives consistently.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Auditing or consulting. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, along with professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA or CISA. You should possess a thorough understanding of financial and auditing standards, risk management frameworks, industry-specific laws and regulations. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication while fluency in Arabic would be an added advantage.
