We are currently supporting a global strategy firm due to continued growth and increased market share, and require talented senior strategy consulting leaders for the position of Senior Manager. This role is part of the executive management team with clear plans for further growth, and requires individuals who want to take ownership and make a direct impact as a senior leader.
Ideally, we are seeking strategic candidates with a strong understanding of the public/government sector operating across several sectors. The role would provide great exposure to Ministries where your support could have a direct impact on the economy. Other responsibilities as a quick overview could include:
Collaborate with clients to define and execute the overall corporate strategy. This can include Ministerial stakeholders, C-suite and other senior stakeholders
Design strategies and roadmap, GTM, ME or investment strategies
Advise on GDP growth and topics around economic development and investment, etc
New entity creation and govt reforms, including operating model design
Sustainability and large-scale Digital/Business transformation initiatives

Requirements
Excellent Academic track record
Candidates ideally from an MBB, or a Strategy House are highly recommended. We are open to Global and boutique strategy firms too.
Ideally 8-10+ years's experience at a strategy consulting firm, with strong tenure within a management position (GTM, Market Entry, Feasibility studies, etc and not PMO orientated)
Willing to relocate to Qatar, Doha
Ideally an Arabic Speaker, but not mandatory
