Engineering Manager

Ignite Search & Selection, located in Qatar, Baladiyat ad Dawhah, Doha, is a well-reputed Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company operating in the power generation sector. We are currently looking for an experienced Engineering Manager specializing in 400KV systems to join our team.

As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of 400KV transmission projects from initiation to completion. You will lead engineering teams, manage project timelines, and allocate resources to ensure efficient project delivery while maintaining quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders is essential to align project objectives with organizational goals.

• Experience in managing high-voltage power transmission projects
• Experience in design, commissioning, and maintenance of 400KV systems

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
