As a Logistics Manager at Marzooq Shamlan Al Shamlan Holding, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory management across all warehouses to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient handling. You will lead and manage logistics and warehouse teams across all locations, ensuring smooth operations and team performance. Additionally, you will coordinate stock order preparation with Brand, Sales, and Service Managers to align with business needs and customer demand.

Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Finance Team to secure budget approval for stock orders. Managing supplier and logistics partner relationships will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities, including correspondence, negotiations with shipping lines/agents, securing favorable shipping rates, payment terms coordination, documentation approval processes for government certifications and permits.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in logistics management within the shipping and freight forwarding process. A bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management is required, along with professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). Strong leadership skills are essential to manage resource planning effectively and motivate the team towards achieving our logistics goals.
