About the Role at Receipts, Qatar:
Join us in a groundbreaking opportunity to lead marketing initiatives at Receipts, Qatar, a pioneering fintech that's at the forefront of green and ESG-based financial and retail solutions. As the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global brand strategy, establishing Receipts as a trailblazer in environmentally conscious financial technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Collaborate in refining Receipts' vision and strategy, contributing to corporate decision-making for short, medium, and long-term goals.
- Develop Receipts' Brand Strategy to position it as the premium Retail and Technology leader globally, emphasizing sustainability and ESG principles.
- Formulate a Public Relations strategy to enhance meaningful relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders regionally and globally.
- Oversee corporate communications strategy through traditional and digital media, including social media channels, to ensure accurate and timely messaging.
- Lead the development of corporate advertising campaigns and marketing strategies with a focus on sustainability.
- Plan and execute Receipts' participation in local and international events and conferences with a sustainability-driven approach.
- Initiate co-branding and co-marketing activities with key corporate, government stakeholders and partners, emphasizing eco-friendly practices.
- Develop budgets for marketing, events, and corporate communication projects, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.
- Drive the implementation of marketing strategies to attract new brands and suppliers with a focus on sustainability.
Operational:
- Oversee brand marketing plans to ensure cost-effective utilization of budgets and delivery of Return on Investment (ROI).
- Ensure successful deployment of marketing and corporate communication activities, providing clear performance insights to the senior leadership.
- Optimize marketing budgets through strategic planning and collaboration with existing and new partners.
- Manage the development of communication materials for global marketing and advertising campaigns with an eco-conscious approach.
- Cultivate relationships with associated vendors, emphasizing sustainability in business partnerships.
- Perform other duties related to the VP position as directed by the SVP at Receipts, Qatar.

Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, PR, and Corporate Communications.
- Extensive senior management experience in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
- Advanced degree in Marketing and Communications.
Preferred:
- Senior management experience in finance, banking and technology/retail establishment, preferably in finance institutions/corporate banks.
- Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns in a retail business.
- Proven ability to thrive in a stakeholder-focused environment.
- Fluency in English to a Senior Management presentation level.
