As the Head of Facilities Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and improvement of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include preparing annual budgets, monitoring utility costs, and implementing energy-saving initiatives to enhance cost-effectiveness. You will lead the maintenance team in executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs efficiently while ensuring optimal costs. Additionally, you will supervise building projects, renovations, and refurbishments from inception to completion, including handover and commissioning processes.
