As a Senior Process Engineer at Bilfinger Middle East, your responsibilities will include conducting detailed studies on Engineering Service Requests (ESRs) related to process engineering activities. This will involve reviewing real-time databases, operating logs, and process control computer printouts to analyze causes of problems and recommend changes to enhance safety and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for carrying out laboratory testing programs to identify quality parameters for troubleshooting and failure analysis.
In addition to providing technical support to the Operations team and optimizing process operations, you will be involved in various internal studies such as Energy Efficiency, Decarbonization, Flaring Reduction, Chemical Optimization, and Cost Optimization. Your role will also entail reviewing process control schemes and interacting with Company's I&C and Automation engineers to suggest improvements aligned with the latest developments. Furthermore, you will participate in cost estimates for modifications or new projects while ensuring compliance with international standards and Company policies.
