As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager/Senior Project Manager/Program Manager to join our team.
As the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager/Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the effective delivery of assigned projects. You will provide expert guidance on performance improvement strategies, change management initiatives, and quality enhancement processes. Serving as a leading project manager and agile coach, you will work closely with team members across multiple project work streams to achieve defined goals and objectives. Your role will involve collaborating effectively with project teams to maximize their utilization and support project efforts.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the project sponsor and the project team. You will be responsible for directing project activities, tasks, and resources on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, you will support the planning and management of project scope, activities, timeline, budget, deliverables, and milestones. Working closely with project sponsors and other stakeholders, you will define project objectives, goals, key tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. You will also play a key role in resolving conflicts between different project work streams or functional areas while monitoring project progress and providing corrective supervision when necessary.
