We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. As the CFO, you will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and banking institutions
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities
- Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to the executive team
- Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations for capital allocation
- Drive cost optimization initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
- CPA or CFA certification is highly desirable
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role within the energy industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in Qatar country
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a finance team
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
