Planning Director

As the Planning Director at Estithmar Holding, you will be responsible for overseeing all planning operations within the organization. Key responsibilities of the Planning Director include developing and implementing strategic plans that align with corporate objectives, leading large-scale projects to meet deadlines and budgets, collaborating with stakeholders to define project deliverables, planning resource allocation for optimal efficiency across multiple projects, managing and mentoring planning staff to promote growth and accountability within the team. Additionally, you will identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation plans, oversee quality assurance processes to maintain regulatory standards, establish and manage budgets for planning projects while monitoring expenses for financial performance.

To qualify for this role at Estithmar Holding, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred), have 10+ years of experience in planning or project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Professional certifications such as PMP or AICP are advantageous.
