Negotiating room rates/packages with corporate clients, developing creative local marketing channels including social media, preparing company contracts according to current business conditions, and working within existing business strategies are key tasks that you will handle.

Collaboration is essential as you work with other departments within the hotel to create exceptional guest experiences. Attending sales events as required, producing accurate reports for senior management, answering customer queries promptly and professionally, managing staff performance in line with company policies, recruiting, training, and developing the sales team are additional responsibilities that make this role dynamic and challenging.
