We are currently seeking an IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible IT services at all times, following ACCOR Standards of Performance. This role involves supervising, correcting, and demonstrating all duties and tasks related to the hotel's IT systems while ensuring preventive maintenance is carried out appropriately. The IT Manager will coordinate repairs of faulty systems or equipment, establish backup procedures for data protection, and handle software fault reports promptly. Additionally, this position involves setting up emergency procedures to ensure continuous operation of the hotel in case of system failure.

The successful candidate will have a full working knowledge of the hotel's IT systems and facilities offered. They must be able to provide manuals on system usage, establish security measures to prevent unauthorized access, and keep software up-to-date as per regional IT instructions. The IT Manager will also supervise an IT Specialist, ensure licenses and maintenance contracts are current, and conduct regular inventory checks of operating equipment. With a positive attitude and strong leadership skills, the ideal candidate will maximize productivity within each department while maintaining discipline according to Hotel Policies & Procedures and local legislation.
