PwC Middle East Enterprise Solutions, a leading consulting firm in Qatar, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager/Director to join our Strategy & Transformation team within the Government and Public sector. As a Senior Manager/Director, you will lead a team of problem solvers dedicated to driving innovative solutions that contribute to public policy and national transformation agendas.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Strategy and Transformation Management Consulting team focused on the Government and Public sector. You will leverage your expertise to lead and deliver large-scale client engagements that involve identifying, designing, and implementing creative solutions for Public Sector entities. Your role will involve restructuring organizational structures and service delivery models to drive impactful change within government organizations.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep understanding of the Middle East business environment and can collaborate effectively with colleagues across various offices in the region. You should demonstrate awareness of international affairs, key global policy priorities, and regional trends to provide strategic insights that drive client success. Additionally, you will be instrumental in managing engagement economics by overseeing commercial negotiations, contract evaluations, and procurement process management.
