As the Project Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in the initial phase of projects by designing and setting up project control systems tailored to each project's unique requirements. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will develop control philosophies and strategies to achieve project goals effectively. Your responsibilities will include creating Project Control procedures, developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), managing Risk and Opportunity plans, establishing Contract Master Schedules, creating internal Control Budgets, and overseeing Cash Flow management.

You will be instrumental in analyzing risks, optimizing resource allocation, tracking progress against milestones, and providing timely reports to stakeholders.
