IT PMO

Snoonu, a leading technology company in Qatar, is seeking an experienced IT PMO to join our dynamic team. As the IT PMO at Snoonu, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of IT projects. This includes leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects to ensure they meet defined objectives and deliverables. You will develop detailed project plans encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and budget management while coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.

In addition to project management responsibilities, you will serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and reporting. This involves providing regular updates to the Director of IT and other key stakeholders, preparing and presenting project status reports covering progress, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. You will also facilitate various project meetings such as kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can proactively identify potential risks in projects and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize impacts on delivery. As part of your role in quality assurance & process improvement, you will ensure all projects adhere to organizational quality standards and best practices while continuously evaluating project management processes for improvements.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
