As a Senior Finance professional at The MSI Group, you will be responsible for financial planning & analysis tasks such as preparing and analyzing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. You will conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement while developing financial models to support strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will lead the preparation of annual financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
In this role, you will also play a key part in operational finance by supporting AR/AP issue resolution, developing reports related to AR & AP, providing insights on cash flow management, payment trends, and collections performance. You will oversee cash flow management to optimize working capital while identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential along with excellent analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
