IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager at Trace Systems Inc., your responsibilities will include managing communications and IT requirements development, processing project management tasks, gathering end user requirements for communications and IT capabilities, planning and initiating communications and IT projects, overseeing all project management aspects including resource coordination and progress monitoring. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive Project Management Plans (PMPs), conducting lifecycle sustainment planning, evaluating organizational requirements/processes, maintaining project documentation records, assisting with plans management activities, providing ad hoc reports and briefings as requested by the government. Additionally, you will participate in meetings as required by the government and develop recurring or ad hoc Project Status Reports.

To qualify for this role, you must possess an active US Government issued Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility along with US Citizenship due to contract requirements. You should have at least 6 years of experience in IT or related Project Management field with Project+ certification or equivalent OR 3 years of experience with Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification. An Associates or Bachelors Degree in a technical field of study is also required along with PMP certification.

• 6 years’ experience in IT or related Project Management field with Project+ certification or equivalent; or 3 years’ experience in IT or related Project Management field with Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent certification.
