As a Monitoring Analyst at Stefanini EMEA, you will play a crucial role in handling incidents according to the Incident Process as part of our Customer Service team. Your primary responsibility will be to swiftly troubleshoot incidents by providing thorough analysis and effective solutions to restore disrupted services promptly. You will monitor incidents diligently, manage workload queues efficiently to ensure service level agreements are met, investigate and diagnose reported incidents, escalate priority issues as needed, verify incident resolution before closure, participate in Continual Service Improvement initiatives, and document encountered problems and solutions for future reference.
Ideal candidates for this position should possess basic SQL knowledge along with proven experience in operating systems and monitoring tools. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is essential. Additionally, having basic knowledge of hardware components and server equipment is required. Candidates must be available for evening shifts and have good English proficiency. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences would be advantageous.
