As a Monitoring Analyst at Stefanini EMEA, you will play a crucial role in handling incidents according to the Incident Process while being an integral part of our Customer Service team. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring incidents, managing workload queues to ensure Service Level Agreement compliance, investigating and diagnosing issues, escalating incidents based on priority levels, verifying incident resolutions, participating in Continual Service Improvement initiatives, and documenting encountered problems for future reference.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess basic SQL knowledge, proven experience with various operating systems and monitoring tools (considered a strong advantage), familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, basic knowledge of hardware components and server equipment. Availability for evening shifts is required along with good English proficiency. While a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences is beneficial.
