We are currently seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to implement a comprehensive training and development strategy that aligns with Tibah's business plan. The ideal candidate will ensure that our staff members possess the necessary skills to achieve their objectives while also fostering opportunities for their professional growth.
As a Training and Development Specialist at Tibah, you will collaborate with third parties to plan essential training sessions, organize courses following company policies, coordinate in-house training programs, and analyze employee development through various systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining learning needs at both individual and departmental levels, implementing L&D plans that encompass formal courses, self-study modules, on-the-job training, and mentoring initiatives.
To excel in this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in B.A. or equivalent field along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Training & Development roles. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Excel, Power BI, and Canva is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required for effective coordination with managers and staff regarding training needs.
