We are currently looking for an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician to join our Operations team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will have a minimum B.S. degree in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience. Additionally, 1-5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical-based GMP manufacturing operations, with expertise in cell culture and downstream processing, is essential for this role.
As a key member of the autologous cell therapy manufacturing program, the Aseptic Manufacturing Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of Iovance's cell therapy manufacturing process. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements, providing operational support functions such as materials stocking and equipment maintenance, and supporting technical transfer activities. The successful candidate must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while demonstrating proficiency in ISO class 5 cleanroom operations.
The qualified individual should possess strong technical knowledge of aseptic processing in cleanroom environments and be able to mentor team members effectively.
