Required Experience - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; an MBA or equivalent is preferred. - 9 years plus of work experience in a client-facing role within a high-productivity multinational or global organization. - A minimum of 5 years plus of experience in a reputable consulting firm, involved in delivering consulting services. - Strong background in the public sector, with a proven track record. - Demonstrated consulting skills and expertise. - Substantial experience in developing business strategies and business planning. - In-depth knowledge of the Saudi public sector. - A proven record of achieving business development success within a consulting or services context. - Successful leadership of high-performance teams. - Experience in winning and overseeing client relationships during the delivery of large-scale transformation projects.
