They will oversee the financial operations of the business and provide frequent financial reports. They will also assure strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies
Oversee all payroll functions
Effectively maintain all financial records
Study competitors in the labor market
Communicate with financial analysts and auditors
Maintaining the company’s financial level
Supervising all activities and operations carried out by the company’s finance department
Review and verify costs, expenses and revenues
Writing and submitting financial reports
Analyzing financial information and data
Preparing and submitting future financial plans
Oversight of the performance of the company’s accountants
Securing the necessary funds for financial projects
Securing the necessary funds to pay employees’ salaries every month
Timing and reporting of payments to suppliers
Addressing banks regarding all financial matters related to the company, including loans and credit facilities
Follow up and audit the documentary sessions, final accounts and budgets submitted by the head of accounts
Verify that the laws imposed by the Saudi government are followed, for example (tax)
Works on developing company policies to ensure that the company achieves its goals
He supervises the company’s financial structure
Supervises the preparation of the company’s financial budget
Provides consultations to officials and stakeholders
He provides the company's senior management with the necessary suggestions and recommendations need it
It works to achieve harmony and integration in the company
Participate in increasing effectiveness and efficiency in administration
Monitoring expenses and basic expenses
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
More than two years of experience in the position of CFO
CMA designation
Strong communication and analytical skills
Leadership Skills
Experience in the Hotels
