Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Capital Financial Reporting Lead who will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, and updating relevant data relating to Rua's Capital Investments.
Responsibility

Prepare monthly Budget versus Actual (BvA) reports on a monthly/regular basis for all departments and distribute them to the budget holders on time.
Prepare and update spending plans for all departments in conjunction with designated budget holders.
Reviews budget spending and advises relevant staff on spending status. Requests feedback on all over/under spending.
Act as the focal point for new budget preparations for all departments. Under the guidance of the budgeting and reporting manager and in coordination with every department,
Prepare budgets for new proposals and revise existing budgets, ensuring that all costs are covered and are not under/over.
Develops and maintains the CAPEX Budget. Consolidate Excel spreadsheets, perform reconciliation and draft notice publication.
Responds to inquiries and defends accounting practices when appropriate.
Procure and provide information from other departments to ensure meeting reporting deadlines and provide support to Business Units to complete budget exercises.
Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field
8+ years of budgeting finance relevant experience
High proficiency in financial modelling techniques
Public accounting experience preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills
Excellent “English” written and verbal communication skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
