RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand the client's needs, requirements, and the quality standards and communicating them with the team.
• Ensure that all aspects of the project are related to Quality Control, and the overall implementation of the QMS at
project site.
• Ensure that Inspection Requests (IR’s) procedure is implemented, and relevant logs are maintained.
• Set the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor their compliance.
• Ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to the specified requirements.
• Ensure legal obligations are followed and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) and follow-up of appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee project development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards and solve them.
• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
• Gain feedback from the clients, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors.
• Conduct periodic quality meetings with subordinates to ensure that priorities are clear, and that the workflow is
running smoothly as per agreed daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
• Prepare and submit QC reports to the QA Manager and maintain QC records for project completion and handover
on weekly and monthly basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
•Electrical Engineering is a must.
• Aramco Approved is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Basic Project Management skills.
• Solid Team Management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Attention to details.
• Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills.
• 7-10 Years of Experience.
