We are currently seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Civil Engineer at ELEGANT HOUSE DECORATION CO, you will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and executing project plans. You will evaluate project progress on-site by analyzing technical resources such as drawings, maps, and reports. Your responsibilities will also include identifying potential challenges, creating comprehensive cost analysis reports, scheduling material and equipment purchases, and ensuring the successful implementation of measures at each stage of project execution.

In this role, you will oversee on-site technical management to ensure compliance with design and specifications. You will develop construction plans, optimize processes, enhance project quality and efficiency, monitor construction progress, and coordinate solutions for on-site issues. Additionally, you will participate in project inspections to ensure compliance with ARAMCO’s EPC-3 standards and NHC residential technical specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the company's bidding, pricing, and planning tasks to drive improvements in profit margins and sales.

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Experience with ARAMCO projects
• Familiarity with NHC residential technical specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
