Our client, a multinational company in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Clinical Diagnostics) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing field marketing teams within a sales region to gather insights into regional market dynamics, activate campaigns, enable sales teams, and nurture key customer relationships. Working closely with global marketing and regional sales leadership, you will drive growth and help achieve business goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing regional marketing tactics that align with the global field marketing plan. You will collaborate with product marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging for regional programs. Additionally, you will work with regional sales leaders to harmonize local strategies with global marketing plans and translate the Go-to-Market plan into practical quarterly targets and initiatives for each region and business unit. Reporting on GTM plan performance to Regional Field Marketing Leadership will also be part of your responsibilities.

As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will analyze the sales cycle, channel mix, and customer segmentation to optimize the selling process across different customer segments and personas. You will implement targeted campaigns tailored to specific in-field needs not covered by the global plan while setting KPIs in alignment with the GTM plan. Traveling with the field marketing team in the region to provide coaching and feedback on performance is essential. Additionally, you will lead a team of 3-5 marketing individuals under limited supervision while reporting to either a Regional Field Marketing Manager II or Director of Marketing.
