We are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Account Manager at NIL Data Communications Middle East DMCC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts effectively, generating leads, and maintaining clear communication with clients on a day-to-day basis. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of three years of experience in customer management, account management, and ICT sales. Expertise in professional services, managed services, consultancy, training, as well as familiarity with Cisco products and services are highly desirable. Technical knowledge in networking and IT would be advantageous. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required for effective communication with clients. Saudi Nationals or individuals holding valid work Iqamas are preferred for this position. The successful candidate must be based in Riyadh and willing to travel within Saudi Arabia.
