Sinopack, a global multi-disciplinary practice with a focus on Mixed-Use, Cultural, Leisure, and Residential projects, is seeking a dedicated Project Director to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As part of our commitment to continuous growth and excellence in project delivery, we are looking for an experienced individual to oversee the full lifecycle of projects during the post-contract phase. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and developing our KSA department while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in the industry and hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related disciplines. Previous or current experience working in the Middle East is essential due to our client's specific market knowledge requirements. Candidates with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects such as Hotels, High-Rise buildings, Mixed-Use Developments, Cultural facilities, or Community spaces are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities for this role include managing clients effectively, interpreting contractual documentation accurately, and overseeing project requirements from inception to completion. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are crucial for success in this position.
