In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract requirements, design specifications, applicable codes, and regulatory standards to uphold quality and safety on projects. You will participate in project planning by defining scope, estimating budgets, and developing schedules to ensure timely milestone achievement within budget constraints. Collaboration with design teams is essential as you review engineering drawings and provide valuable input to optimize systems during the design phase.

As a Construction Manager at WSP, you will coordinate with various stakeholders such as project managers, site staff, engineers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Your duties will include raising Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) when necessary and guiding EPC/contractors towards resolving issues promptly. Additionally, you will prepare progress reports for client review, conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and safety standards, address technical queries efficiently during implementation phases, and cultivate a culture of safety within the team.
