Job Summary:
The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for providing high-quality service to our guests, with a focus on personalization and satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with our VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met from the moment they inquire about our services to the post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who excels in communication and possesses a deep understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.
Job Duties:
Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for our guests, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about our services and facilities.
Personalized Service: Understand the unique needs of each VIP client and tailor services to ensure an exceptional and memorable experience.
Event Coordination Support: Work closely with the event planning team to communicate client requests and ensure all details are executed flawlessly.
Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service quality.
VIP Care: Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention, including welcome messages, special requests fulfillment, and prompt resolution of any issues.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., catering, security, maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback for future reference.
Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints with professionalism and tact, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
Language and Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate sensitivity to the cultural and linguistic needs of our guests, ensuring a comfortable and respectful environment.
Job Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in guest relations or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry catering to VIP clients.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Personality: Warm, welcoming, and capable of building rapport with high-profile clients. Must possess a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
