The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships within the territory. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales, MEA, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for spearheading sales efforts in KSA by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Systems Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, Professional Services, Support, and Finance. By leveraging strategic partnerships and market insights, you will focus on securing deals with system integrators, end-user customers, security consultants, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in market development by promoting Invixium technology specifications and establishing channel partners through authorized distribution networks. You will also be tasked with developing a comprehensive business plan for each strategic account to nurture relationships with key stakeholders and drive sustainable growth. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience managing enterprise accounts in sectors like Government, Finance, infrastructure, or Education. Additionally, proficiency in selling physical security products and knowledge of access control principles are highly valued.
