JASARA PMC, a renowned construction and project management company, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance activities to ensure the successful delivery of our projects. You will develop and implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and collaborate with project teams to identify and address quality issues. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality management within the construction industry and is highly skilled in implementing quality assurance strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify quality issues
Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective actions
Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators
Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding quality assurance practices
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality management


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
Experience in conducting audits and inspections
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Certifications in quality management is a plus
