Planning Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring project delivery aligns with client requirements by developing a project-wide Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Your duties will also include creating and maintaining a detailed master schedule, procurement plan, logistics plan, and collaborating with consultants and contractors to develop contractual schedules. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical expertise in Civil/Planning Engineering, possess strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively, and have a solid understanding of local building codes as well as international standards like LEED requirements.

Key responsibilities for this role include preparing project programs, plans, schedules; identifying and mitigating project risks; and collaborating with the team to develop project procedural plans. To excel in this position, candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in planning/scheduling roles, preferably in the Middle East region. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Primavera software, and Microsoft Project applications is essential. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is also required to qualify for this opportunity.
