Head of Finance

We are currently seeking a Head of Finance to join our team. Reporting to the Managing Director KSA, the successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end P&L management and reporting to facilitate informed business decisions for our operations in Saudi Arabia. This role will also involve working closely with various finance functional leads in areas such as FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, and Procurement.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Finance include annual budgeting, forecasting revenues and expenses, managing business cases for new prospects in the KSA market, tracking Capex expenses, overseeing receivables management for timely collections, ensuring compliance with IFRS framework and group accounting policies for closing and reporting requirements. Additionally, this role involves consolidating Group financial statements, leading local financial statement preparation, managing statutory audits for the local entity, overseeing cashflows in coordination with Group Treasury, supporting procurement activities, establishing robust financial controls framework, handling tax matters with Group Tax coordination, and meeting internal audit requirements.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance management roles, including P&L management and reporting
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
