NSR Associates, a reputable construction company based in Riyadh, is currently seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to join our team. With a strong presence in the industry for over 20 years, we specialize in handling Fit-Out & New Build projects across Residential, Commercial, Hospitality & Education sectors. As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the procurement team for both Sub-Contract & Materials divisions within the MEP, Fit-Out & Buildings departments. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, your role will involve managing procurement activities for various projects including New Build, MEP installations, Refurbishment & Fit Out across different sectors. Currently, we have 8 live projects in Central Riyadh with an anticipated 27% increase in project awards over the next 4 months.
The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced Procurement Manager or Senior Buyer with a proven track record of working with Main Contractors on large-scale projects. You should have extensive knowledge of procurement processes within the construction industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
