We are currently seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and performing audit procedures, including identifying issues, analyzing evidence, and documenting processes. Additionally, the Senior Internal Auditor will evaluate risk areas within the company and contribute to the annual audit plan development.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of full-time experience in internal audit within the retail industry. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field is required. Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is also necessary for this role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to draw logical conclusions from complex data are essential qualities for this position.
