JOB PURPOSE :
Implement data management program in accordance with National Data Management Office standards at various clients, including adherence to controls and standards related to data governance and sharing. Deploy open data and generate revenue from data in line with customer strategy and technological development.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Implement efficient ETL processes, optimizing data transfer and storage mechanisms.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to design and implement data models and schemas that support analytical needs.
Design, Plan and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with National Data Management (NDMO) Office standards to provide consistent and proper handling of data assets
Identify data stewards, evaluate the data classification process, and assess the impact in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
Determine the fundamental requirements for master data management (MDM) to develop a model and create a golden record, serving as a common reference point for all essential data.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data governance requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on data governance tools and processes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of big data concepts, data modeling, ETL processes, data integration and data visualization.and best practices.
Good knowledge and experience in NDMO and data offices establishment and operations
Strong understanding of data governance principles, practices, and methodologies.
Solid knowledge of data management concepts, including data modeling, data integration, and data quality.
Experience with data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK or equivalent.
Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations in KSA
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) are advantageous.
