As the CFO, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization. Leading the finance team, you will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Your role will involve providing strategic recommendations through financial forecasting, risk analysis, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with the organization's goals.

Candidates must have at least 12-15 years of finance experience with 5 years in senior leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred. Professional certifications like CPA are highly desirable. Strong analytical skills combined with strategic thinking abilities are necessary for successful financial management.
