As the Country Manager - Business Development, you will play a crucial role in leading our account teams and driving engagement across our commercial and public sales organization in KSA. Your main responsibility will be to manage overall customer relationships, leveraging internal and external resources to achieve customer business outcomes effectively. You will oversee a core account team comprising a Key Account Manager (KAM) and a Technology Solutions Manager (TSM), ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.

In addition to leading technology adoption efforts and digital transformation initiatives across KSA, you will define strategies, objectives, and rhythms of business for account and territory planning. With over 15 years of experience in Technology Sales, including expertise in Cloud Services, along with proven leadership skills honed over 10+ years of managing sales teams, you will drive business portfolio management to contribute to overall growth. Your ability to develop relationships with high-level government clients, coupled with your strategic mindset and exceptional leadership abilities, will be instrumental in maximizing new business opportunities while enabling sales growth.
