We are currently seeking a dynamic PMO Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving our Project Management Office. As the PMO Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, resource management, and providing leadership to project managers and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and operate a fully functional PMO, aligning project activities with organizational strategic goals.
- Lead digital transformation and shared services projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Spearhead procurement and supply chain optimizations to achieve cost savings and streamline operations.
- Implement ERP upgrades and integrate supply chain systems for seamless operations across multiple divisions.
- Develop and execute project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the PMO.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have 15 years of experience in project management, digital transformation or change management. They must have a proven track record of establishing and operating PMOs, leading digital transformation projects, and achieving significant cost savings. Strong strategic vision coupled with hands-on approach to driving operational improvements is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management skills are required. Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (PMI-DASM) are preferred along with advanced degrees in Business Administration like DBA or MBA.
